Flexkeeping by Mews Set to Launch Advanced Capabilities in 2026

Flexkeeping, a Mews company, has announced major new automation and analytics capabilities set to launch in 2026, continuing its mission to transform hotel operations through smart technology. These enhancements are designed to help hotels eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and deliver consistently better guest experiences.

The first major release will be Workflow Builder, the first no-code automation creator designed specifically for hotel operations. With a visual builder and real-time triggers, hotel teams will be able to create task automations based on bookings, guest status, products or services added to a reservation, length of stay, rate codes, booking sources, late check-outs, and more, without writing a single line of code.

The second enhancement is a redesigned Housekeeping Analytics Dashboard, built to give operational leaders deeper visibility into performance across teams and properties. The dashboard will track all cleaning events and room status changes across configurable timeframes and provide group-wide views for chains. New performance metrics, including total housekeeper working days and average rooms cleaned per day, will support data-driven decisions focused on efficiency and profitability.
