Inn-Flow, the leading all-in-one back-office platform built for hotels, today announced the addition of two seasoned technology leaders to its executive leadership team. As part of a strategic growth initiative, Lee Bridges has been appointed Chief Product Officer, and Daniel Scagnelli joins the company as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. These key leadership appointments reflect the company’s continued commitment to investment in product innovation, customer value and scalable growth, as it accelerates momentum across the hospitality industry in 2026.

As Chief Product Officer, Bridges will lead Inn-Flow’s product strategy, innovation roadmap and execution across its expanding platform. He brings nearly 15 years of experience building and scaling customer-centric SaaS products, with deep expertise spanning AI-driven solutions, fintech and high-growth technology organizations. Most recently, Bridges served as Vice President of Product at XOi, where he led AI innovation, launched new product offerings that fueled significant revenue growth, and supported the company’s $230 million capital raise. Known for his ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution, Bridges brings a pragmatic, data-driven approach to the delivery of products and solutions that are designed to solve high-impact customer challenges.

In his role as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Scagnelli will oversee all post-sale customer lifecycle teams, with a focus on accelerating adoption, strengthening customer loyalty, and maximizing long-term value for Inn-Flow customers. He joins the company with more than 15 years of leadership experience in building and scaling customer-centric organizations across high-growth SaaS and fintech environments. Most recently, Scagnelli spent over seven years at Spreedly, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Services and Success and Senior Vice President of Business Operations. During his tenure, he led global teams across implementation, customer success, professional services, customer engineering and support, while playing a key role in shaping post-sale strategy, improving time to value, and driving customer retention and expansion.

“Lee and Daniel each bring exceptional leadership experience and a shared passion for delivering meaningful customer outcomes,” said John Erhart, Founder and CEO of Inn-Flow. “As we continue to scale our platform and deepen our impact across hotel operations, their expertise will be instrumental in advancing product innovation while ensuring our customers realize maximum value from every stage of their journey with Inn-Flow.”

The leadership appointments follow a period of significant growth and industry recognition for Inn-Flow, including its recent top honors in the 2026 HotelTechAwards and continued investment in expanding platform capabilities and customer support excellence. Together, Bridges and Scagnelli will play a critical role in strengthening Inn-Flow’s position as the trusted back-office technology partner for hotel owners and operators.
