Very flexible product for hotel accounting with easy to navigate menu and robust reporting module. So many report options to choose from, in addition to ability to create operational, capital and project budgets.
From the top down, Inn-Flow has superior implementation and product service support to make your hotel teams feels comfortable and confident. Inn-Flow really is a one-stop-shop, by offering so many integrated tools to help hoteliers.
Inn-Flow's full hotel management makes it easy for hoteliers to an impact on their portfolio's bottom line. With integration into Netchex's Payroll & HR software, hotelier's can also gain valuable insights into one of their largest expenses: labor.
Inn-Flow is great at streamlining back-office accounting functions, allowing finance and AP teams to be more efficient and scale. Inn-Flow understands hotels and the hospitality business very well, allowing their software to be uniquely situated to support their end clients.
The product is very user friendly and provides great reporting to guide strategic decisions. Also, the fact that reports are USALI-compliant is a great advantage when incorporating the information into benchmarking platforms like HotStats.

When considering which finance/accounting solution you intend to use, make sure you understand if the software company really understands your business. While it might be simple to pick a big brand that is supposedly "one-size fits all," you may end up doing a lot of additional work to configure it to your hotel.
The customer support team at Inn-Flow is very responsive, so it's very easy to find help whenever you need it. They also take customer feedback very seriously, which in turn helps make the product better for end-users. If you want a service that gives you great support, Inn-Flow is for you.
