Cary, N.C. – March 11, 2026 – Inn-Flow, the leading all-in-one back-office solution built specifically for hotels, today announced its participation in the 37th annual Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, taking place on March 16-18th at the Signia Hilton in Atlanta. The Hunter Conference brings hotel owners, operators and investors together each year to discuss the trends, technologies and strategies shaping the hospitality industry. A Platinum sponsor of this year’s event, Inn-Flow will be on hand to connect with industry leaders throughout the conference, sharing insights on how technology is transforming back-office operations and portfolio performance.

In addition, Inn-Flow’s Founder and CEO John Erhart has been tapped to lead a focused educational session examining how artificial intelligence can best be leveraged to help hotel operators improve efficiency, protect margins and make faster portfolio-level decisions. This 20-minute focused session is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17 at 11:30 a.m. in the Triumph Ballroom – Stage One, and will feature an interview-style discussion with Harmeet Mann, CEO of Mehr Hospitality, whose organization oversees nearly 40 properties in 16 states across the U.S.

Entitled “Tech & AI in Hospitality,” the session will explore how artificial intelligence is beginning to influence hospitality workflows, from reducing manual accounting and reporting tasks to identifying operational trends earlier and enabling faster decision-making across multi-property portfolios.

The conversation will also incorporate insights from Inn-Flow’s recently released industry survey and eBook, examining hotelier preferences and expectations for artificial intelligence in back office operations, including accounting and labor management. Based on feedback from more than 100 hospitality leaders, the research highlights how operators are prioritizing AI solutions that automate repetitive accounting tasks, improve forecasting accuracy and provide clearer visibility into labor costs and financial performance.

“In hospitality today, the real question around AI isn’t whether the technology exists or how it works. It’s whether it actually improves performance,” said Erhart. “Owners and operators want tools that reduce friction, improve visibility and help their teams act faster and smarter. Our recent survey confirmed that hoteliers are especially interested in AI that strengthens financial clarity, improves forecasting and helps leadership teams make faster decisions across their portfolios.”

Drawing from his experience managing a large portfolio, Harmeet will discuss how operators are beginning to leverage AI capabilities embedded in hospitality systems, such as accounting platforms, business intelligence tools and revenue management technologies to surface insights more quickly, while maintaining transparency and human oversight that is crucial to data-driven decision-making.

“Hospitality will always be a people-driven business,” Erhart added. “Management companies that use technology to reduce friction and surface better insights will be best positioned to scale and protect profitability in the years ahead.”

Throughout the conference, the Inn-Flow team will also meet with owners and management companies to discuss how AI-powered accounting automation and business intelligence capabilities are helping hospitality organizations streamline operations and gain clearer financial visibility across their portfolios. Conference attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about the company’s new AI research and discuss key insights from the survey.
