InnQuest Launches Self Check-In to Speed Up Check-in Process for Hoteliers and Their Guests
Newest feature boosts guest experience and saves staff valuable time
InnQuest Software is pleased to announce that it has launched Self Check-In, an all-in-one solution created to reduce wait times and accelerate the check-in process for hotel operators and their guests. The Self Check-In feature allows guests to check themselves into their hotel in just a matter of minutes, keeping the front desk running as efficiently as possible.

The platform involves guests receiving a check-in link once they book their hotel room. Once guests arrive at their destination, they can begin the check-in process by simply filling out some basic information. When the guest completes this process, they can fill in their e-signature after agreeing to terms. They’ll receive an email notification once check-in has been processed by the front desk and their room is ready.
Cutting down lines at front desks will allow hotel staff to work more efficiently and multi-task more effectively. Most importantly though, guests will have a better overall experience.
