KLPIS Data: Revenue Benchmarking Made in Poland

A new solution on the market - Klips data - is a platform for analyzing over 20 hotel indicators from the market in one platform. It allows hotels and other accommodation facilities for precise and fully anonymous benchmarking and comparison of results.The tool provides full flexibility in comparing revenue metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates against anonymized peer sets.

Its founder and co-creator is Rafał Abramczyk, president of hotelAG, an experienced hotelier, strategist, and industry advisor. The Klips data system was developed over 5 years. The initial conceptual phase, as well as the technological programming itself, was carried out by a team of hoteliers, including 5 revenue managers. – If we sum up the total hotel experience of the entire team that designed Klips data in detail, we have 70 years of operational history in hospitality and tourism – explains Rafał Abramczyk.

The system allows for the analysis of data directly from hotel PMSs, including ADR, OCC, RevPAR. Accommodation facilities using Klips data do not see the names of their competitors, but only data from a given locality, region, or from a "basket" of facilities set according to their own criteria. - Our three pillars of operation are defined by the words: safely, anonymously, and precisely – explains Rafał Abramczyk, creator of Klips data.

The possibility of customizing the hotel's settings is completely flexible. The hotel can analyze competition in a similar class of hotels in the immediate vicinity or even throughout Poland, for example, if it wants to compare itself in the MICE hotel segment or resorts or apartments.

Klips data is already being implemented in international brand hotels in cities and resorts (e.g., Mercure Szczyrk), in chains, it is already present in hotels of the Polish Hotel Holding and in independent hotels, including Crystal Mountain and Platinum Mountain.
