MARA Solutions Launches AI Research Assistant — Automated Guest Feedback Reports for Hotel Groups
New product extension lets hotel teams build any report they need from guest feedback data and deliver it automatically to the right person
MARA Solutions, the AI-powered reputation management platform for hotel groups, today announced the launch of the MARA AI Research Assistant — a new product extension that enables hotel teams to build fully customized guest feedback reports in plain language and have them delivered automatically on any schedule.
The AI Research Assistant puts an intelligence layer on top of all guest feedback data, pulling from reviews across Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor and other platforms, post-stay surveys, and connected integrations including PMS data for room-level granularity. Hotel teams describe the report they need, set a schedule, and choose who should receive it. The assistant builds the report, generates charts and visualizations where relevant, and delivers a formatted PDF directly to the recipient's inbox — no MARA account required to receive it.
The product is designed to get the right information to the right person without manual work. An F&B manager can receive a Monday morning summary of all food and beverage feedback from the past week. A GM can receive a monthly What to Fix report with a prioritized action list and guest quotes for each issue. An executive team can receive a property performance report across all properties on the first of every month.
"Until now, getting a specific report out of your guest feedback meant working with whatever your tool gave you — fixed templates, preset dashboards, or someone on the team pulling it together manually," said Tobias Roelen-Blasberg, Co-Founder and Head of Product at MARA Solutions. The product launches with six pre-built templates including a What to Fix Report, Monthly Executive Report, Monthly GM Report, Weekly Attention Report, Monthly F&B Report, and Platform KPI Tracking — each available to preview before activating. All templates can be customized and teams can build fully custom reports from scratch.
The AI Research Assistant is available now in free public beta for all MARA customers until July 2026, after which it becomes a paid product extension.
