Oaky and HiJiffy Release Integration to Increase Upsell Revenue Through Conversational AI

Oaky launches integration with HiJiffy, the conversational communication platform for hotels, to enable seamless upsells across a wide range of messaging platforms.

Oaky, the hyper-personalised hotel upselling solution, recently partnered up with HiJiffy, the AI-powered communication platform for hotels. This allows joint clients to offer upsells directly on their guests’ favourite messaging platforms. The goal of this new integration is to give more travellers access to custom offers and increase ancillary revenue for hotels.

Today’s guests expect the ability to reach and interact with hotels via their messenger apps of choice. This preference extends to learning about and booking upselling offers. The integration between Oaky and HiJiffy addresses this and allows hoteliers to automatically promote their upselling deals on their guests’ most-used messaging platforms.
