Infor and Oaky realise a 2-way integration to ensure seamless and automated upsell management across the entire guest journey.
Infor HMS, a leading cloud-enabled hotel management software, and Oaky, a hyper-personalised hotel upselling software solution, are pleased to announce a strategic partnership to integrate Infor's Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) with Oaky's platform.
With a strong presence in the US, as well as APAC and EMEA, Infor is specifically suited to help luxury and lifestyle hotel groups to optimise various aspects of hotel operations. By integrating two-way with Oaky, Infor HMS expands its ecosystems of advanced hotel tech solutions and enables its users to automate upselling and unlock previously untapped ancillary revenue opportunities, which leads to a boost in TRevPAR and tremendous time-saving benefits.
This partnership reinforces Oaky’s focus on providing innovative upselling tools to hotel chains and large modern hotel groups. In fact, luxury hotel chains such as APEX Hotels in the UK and Elite Hotels in Sweden already use the 2-way Oaky & Infor HMS integration to streamline upselling at their properties.
