Philippines' Enable Hospitality Adopts Hotelogix to Manage Group Operations Centrally

Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said that the Philippines' Enable Hospitality has adopted its multi-property management system to gain centralised control over group operations. Currently,  eleven properties of the hotel group are running on Hotelogix.

Enable Hospitality is an all-Filipino hospitality management and consulting entity that helps boutique hotels and resorts with their operations on a partnership basis. It has been assisting independent properties across the Philippines compete with bigger brands via the right technology and consulting services. The group aims to rapidly expand its footprint in the years to come.

Before adopting Hotelogix, the group manually ran operations, which was time-consuming and error-prone. "We realised that manually managing group operations was detrimental to our growth plan. It led us to adopt a cloud-based solution to gain centralised control over various aspects of group operations and to drive overall growth. We found Hotelogix meeting all our needs," said Kharla Luneta, Group General Manager, Enable Hospitality Inc.

In line with the group's requirements, Hotelogix implemented its cloud-based multi-property management system across all managed properties. The hospitality technology provider ensured a hassle-free and quick implementation, third-party integration, onboarding, and training to help the group go live as per their plan.

According to Kharla, the management at Enable Hospitality has been able to centrally manage and monitor all properties with Hotelogix. "Our corporate team can make bookings across properties with visibility into real-time inventory. The central guest history lets us know our past guests' preferences. And, of course, a range of central-level reports, including history and forecast reports, MIS reports, and reservation reports, help us make informed decisions. We are now looking at fuelling our next growth phase with Hotelogix as our technology partner."
