RoomRaccoon Growth Recap 2024: Key Milestones, Innovation and Progress
In 2024, RoomRaccoon welcomed hundreds of new users, delivered innovations and product enhancements, expanded its leadership team and was recognized by leading award programs for its hotel management software.
RoomRaccoon, a leading hotel management system for independent hotels, experienced significant growth in 2024, driven by organic expansion, key strategic investments, product innovation, and partner growth. RoomRaccoon now serves more than 2,200 independent hotels around the world, solidifying its position as a global leader in hotel management software.
In 2024, RoomRaccoon welcomed nearly 600 new properties to its platform. This growth propelled the company to a significant milestone of supporting more than 800 hotels in the Benelux market with its industry-leading software.

The company also announced a strategic investment with the acquisition of Lobbi PMS, a leading property management system provider based in Belgium. This marked RoomRaccoon’s second acquisition in under 12 months, following the 2023 acquisition of Irish PMS provider iHotelligence. The move strengthened RoomRaccoon’s footprint in the Benelux region and beyond, adding close to 300 properties to its growing portfolio. As part of the acquisition, RoomRaccoon integrated the Lobbi team and retained Lobbi’s headquarters in Ghent, Belgium.

This year, RoomRaccoon significantly advanced its platform, reinforcing its position as a leader in the hotel tech space. Notable upgrades include the introduction of Child Policies, automating age-based surcharges and taxes to streamline family stays; Dynamic Pricing, enabling all users to automate rate adjustments based on occupancy for effortless revenue growth; and enhanced Add-on Management, which supports date-specific scheduling to boost operational efficiency and guest personalization. Additionally, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will be mandatory by the end of 2024, ensuring greater security for user data. The launch of Deposit Dashboards and Booker Profile Capabilities provides real-time financial insights and simplifies payment management.

The company enhanced its connections with Lightspeed POS and Airbnb and welcomed top-tier partners like Vrbo, Pxier, Zennio, and Smartpricing to its growing integrations hub.

RoomRaccoon was recognised by leading industry awards for delivering innovative solutions to hoteliers, including “World’s Best Channel Manager” by the World Travel Tech Awards and placing as runner-up for the “Best Hotel Management System” by the Hotel Tech Awards. The company also secured positions on several prestigious lists of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, including the FT 1000 by Financial Times, FD Gazellen by Het Financieele Dagblad, and SaaS1000 by MT/Sprout.

RoomRaccoon strengthened its leadership team with several key appointments, including the hiring of a new Head of Product Anish Reddy, Head of Customer Success Cyril Lavenant, and Head of Marketing Tarryn Pickup. Additionally, Adam Clarke, previously VP of Sales and Marketing, was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer. In his new role, Adam oversees the company’s revenue generation efforts, focusing on driving growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The RoomRaccoon team maintained a strong presence at key hotel conferences and exhibitions worldwide, including the Independent Hotel Show in Amsterdam, London, and Munich, ITB Berlin, Bolsa de Turismo de Lisboa, TIS Seville, and HORECA Expo in Belgium. Additionally, RoomRaccoon made its debut at HITEC, showcasing its innovative solutions to hoteliers in the US.

This five-part interview series offers hoteliers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Nadja’s personal experiences of hotel ownership while delivering valuable resources and insights that resonate with hoteliers worldwide.
In 2025, RoomRaccoon plans to enhance its platform even further with exciting updates that will include event-focused tools, booker profile management, advanced booking capabilities, improved reporting features, and more. The company will host its flagship event, Check-In, in the Netherlands in May 2025. During the event, Nadja Buckenberger, Chief Product Officer of RoomRaccoon, will reveal the product roadmap and share her vision to inspire and empower the independent hotel industry.
