What do you like most?
The software is great for a larger company like ours that are spread out to multiple locations we are easily able to stay in touch with everything at each property. The service and support staff are extremely helpful and answer questions quickly,
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes it can be a little confusing when you are making checklist that need to re-appear every month or two months. But usually after checking with their support staff this problem gets fixed. Feature Request: Easier to load on monthly and quarterly checklists so they load each and every time. I have had some trouble with this function.
