Some of the unique aspects are the openess for guests to use their preferred messaging platform to communicate with the property staff teams. There is also a cost efficient manner in the delivery of this tool that clients appear to be satisfied with.

I love how easy the website is to use. I also love how it opens up communication between all staff members at our hotel property.

I think the only thing missing is an option to delete posts that were made by mistake or are not correct. If not for everyone at least for admin. I also think completed tasks should disappear or be archiv...

What do you like most?

I like that HelloShift Prevents any potential issues with upcoming reservations. Guests feel important and that their needs are being met.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The search bar section doesn't find key words in the wiki, instead brings up old conversations with guests. A wiki search bar would be nice.
