Answer:

The user experience is what differentiates HelloShift from the competition. If you have ever used a social media platform like LinkedIn or Facebook, you will understand HelloShift. I was able to quickly grasp how to use the system. For example, " @housekeeping room #102 needs more towels ".

Answer:

Consider using HelloShift to consolidate your housekeeping, task management, maintenance, checklist, lost & found, guest mail, registration card, and even guest/internal communication needs. There may be more they can do for your property.

This is the most user friendly tool we have ever used at our Resort. I can not imagine work without HelloShift. This has changed the communication game. This saves time with ever aspect of the day to day ...

Maybe if you could integrate a way to order services or food directly through the app. To make booking appt and reservations easier for guests.

I love how easy the website is to use. I also love how it opens up communication between all staff members at our hotel property.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

I think the only thing missing is an option to delete posts that were made by mistake or are not correct. If not for everyone at least for admin. I also think completed tasks should disappear or be archiv...

What do you like most?

I like that HelloShift Prevents any potential issues with upcoming reservations. Guests feel important and that their needs are being met.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The search bar section doesn't find key words in the wiki, instead brings up old conversations with guests. A wiki search bar would be nice.

- Being able to reach guests directly and quickly! - That is integrates with our OS nicely! - Automatically stored info!
