What do you like most?
It makes cross-departmental issues easier to navigate. Communication is much simpler and more efficient. It cuts down on paper waste (manual logs and notes).
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be incredibly convenient if HelloShift refreshed automatically and if it would load faster when navigating between pages. automatic refreshing would be great, so would a faster loading speed.
