What do you like most?
navis is a relatively well rounded CRM tool, with a user-friendly platform. Once you a get the hang of the platform, it is easy to conduct email blasts in-house as well as manage your CRM system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Client services requests can be frustrating as it goes to a generic ticketed email address that can sometimes be overlooked. Have had some incidents where a request was completely ignored/missed deadline.
