What do you like most?
It makes communication with other departments in the hotel easy. As a front desk employee, I can quietly communicate with maintenance or housekeeping without having to talk aloud about an issue in front of guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish it would show when/if somebody received your post. This would be very helpful in making sure all guest needs are taken care of. Add read receipts.
