What do you like most?
Exely is an easy to use software very comfortable for any kind of hotel. Have been using Exely for many years in different hotels, yet, it's the most comfortable software. Eхely covers all the necessary aspects. Great booking engine, easy to book for the guests, you may add the services, add a payment system etc. Great channel manager with a huge variety of channels you may work with. Great mapping options. Pricing model is ideal for those who like to play with the rates until the full occupancy. Rate plans, rate levels very wisely organized. PMS is very comfortable as well. It is simple for use, however has the majority of the necessary tools to manage all the bookings, both the individual and group bookings. The reporting is good as well. Though the reporting section could be improved, it has some very useful reports that you may not find in the majority of other PMSs. Emely has many additional integrations as well which can help to grow sales both through the channel manager and the direct. Using its advanced availability tool we have increased our direct website sales from 2% up to 15% during the month. You have a small hotel and do not have a budget for a website? No worries. You just need to buy a domain and Exely team will help you to build up an optimal website and get booked by the website builder. You don't even need IT skills or knowledge of SEO as the tool is so easy and clear that you can do everything on your own. Overall, considering price/quality, I would rate it 10 out of 10. And one of the most important aspects, Exely has a great support team! You will never wait for hours for the solution of your issue. The technical team reacts very fast and effective. And not only. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Though exely has everything you need, however some points could be improved. I would love to have more flexible multi-property functions and reports as well. I suggest to have a separate Accounts Receivable section which could help to manage the credits more efficiently. The user permission function could be improved as well. Though it has user levels well organized, however, sometimes we may need to change specific permissions out of permissions level for a specific employee. When working with several properties, it is a huge need.
