In a destination like Santorini, where demand shifts dramatically between shoulder season, peak summer, and special event periods, this flexibility is critical. The Autopilot feature allows us to automate pricing adjustments confidently while still maintaining full strategic control. We can customize how aggressively we react to market changes, apply different seasonality factors, and align pricing with our positioning rather than blindly following competitors. This combination of automation + strategic depth has helped us optimize minimum stays, improve ADR, and increase total revenue without constant manual intervention. Customer support is also excellent. The team understands revenue strategy, not just software, and provides practical guidance when needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Because the system is highly strategic and customizable, the learning curve can initially feel intense for teams without revenue management experience. A more structured advanced onboarding path with real-life case scenarios would help users unlock the full potential faster. Additional executive-style reporting templates for ownership presentations would also be valuable for boutique and family-owned hotels. Overall, once configured properly, Hotellab becomes a core strategic revenue partner rather than just a pricing tool.
