An absolute must-have for modern hosts and a real added value for our guests! As a hotelier, I'm always looking for solutions that make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible while simultaneously easing the workload for our team. With the "Guestfriend" app, we've found the perfect partner for this. The most compelling advantages from a hotelier's perspective: Reduced workload at reception: The app answers the most frequently asked questions (such as Wi-Fi codes, check-out times, or hotel rules) in real time. This gives our team more time for personalized service on-site. Sustainable and always up-to-date: Changes to menus, opening hours, or excursion tips can be updated in the backend in no time. We save a significant amount of paper and the costs associated with printed guest directories. Excellent guest reception: Our guests love having all the information readily available on their own smartphones or tablets. Implementation was seamless, and the support is always professional and helpful. A clear investment in the future that I can wholeheartedly recommend to every colleague in the hotel industry!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For us, the Gastfreund app and the hotel newspaper are the perfect combination. They harmonize wonderfully with our business, which is why we wouldn't change a thing at the moment – it's simply a perfect fit all around.
