What do you like most?
Before deciding to adopt a channel manager, we experienced various problems with our small vacation rental, such as overbooking or low-rate room placement on Booking. Thanks to Octorate and especially to Ettore's professionalism, who supported us during the 5-hour onboarding process, this will never happen again! Highly recommended for anyone managing a property, even a small one, because it helps so much. Ask Ettore especially for training, as he's clear, helpful, kind, and even friendly. In 5 hours, we became proficient enough to proceed independently (which is the purpose of the Octorate onboarding process)!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would increase the onboarding hours to 6 and have them complete an exit test to ensure everything is clear and understood.
