A highly commercial tool focused on direct sales, a good channel manager, very functional and intuitive, with complementary features that aid direct sales.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The support is unclear; having support in Latin America could be improved, as things often need to be repeated. Having Spanish-speaking support in Latin America and immediate attention would be helpful.
