What do you like most?
I like it because it gives me security when logging in, since it has several authentication options. I like it because it's easy to use and has everything in one place. You can respond to everything from post-stay messages from your guests to rating their stay. It's easy to generate any reports you might need, among other things. I like that I can manage different properties in one place, which makes the work and gathering information about them easier when needed. It's always up-to-date, so with each update, it's easier to continue working.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing that could be improved is that in my case, since I need to access 3 properties, every time I have to switch from one property to another, it's very slow and sometimes the workflow is very high, so wanting to get information about a property is sometimes tedious.
