What do you like most?
I like that Siteminder has an AI agent that answers our queries fast, although most of the time we need a human agent for more advanced help for which Siteminder team are very helpful and fast to respond. I would like to thank Abigail who helped me recently, and I appreciate all the team members for their consistent help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be nice if Siteminder can enable a bulk mapping option for faster mapping. Currently I have to map each rateplan and room type one by one, it would be much easier if I can select one rateplan and bulk select all the rooms I need to map it to. Would be so much efficient. Also perhaps at a glance window where it shows the rateplans for each channel like a dashboard which exists but can show which rateplan unmapped or total mapped out of total rateplans etc. Not to mention bulk update static rate plans, needs to be done one by one, it would be a whole lot easier to select multiple room types, channel, dates, and rate to apply in one column instead of manually selecting each room type and applying static manual rates for a particular rateplan. Cancellation policies push would be also great as many of our partners ask for cancellation policy push from SiteMinder and if we can have a special promotion or discount section to apply seasonally from our end.
