What do you like most?
We have been very pleased working with Dropin. The two-way API connection with StayNTouch PMS has streamlined several operational processes, particularly around online check-ins, automated room upgrades, and early check-in management. The system runs reliably and has significantly improved efficiency for both our team and our guests. What stands out is the responsiveness of their support team—always clear, practical, and open to feedback, with a genuine willingness to act on suggestions. Overall, Dropin has become a valuable part of our guest journey and day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting still needs some improvement, especially in terms of detail and flexibility. We are working with the Dropin team to refine this, and they have been very responsive and open to feedback.
