Their platform enables us to fully automate the check in process, allowing guests to complete online check ins in advance so that, on arrival we can focus on delivering great service rather than managing long front desk queues. It also integrates with our locking system to generate access codes, removing the need for staff to handle manual check ins.
DropIn has also taken the time to understand the unique needs of our property and has tailored and developed their software to meet our specific needs, enhancing its value to our operation.

Until now, our experience has been in a smaller property with limited guest volume, which has not yet allowed us to fully identify potential areas for improvement. As we continue to use the platform more extensively, we expect to be able to provide more detailed and constructive feedback.
