What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Have full control of the customer journey and automate the front desk unlike any service we have used so far. Reaching guests is the best way to achieve automation and this is where the app is far beyond what any hotel could need.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Full front-desk automation and self-service for guests. Extremely customizable journeys based on basically any aspect of a guests' stay. It's got so much functionality you have to take it one step at a time, but the end-result is far above any competitors' capabilities.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Drop In delivers where other products promise to solve front-desk automation. Using the PMS' own tools, we achieve not even half of the results we now get. Fully automated self-checkins, upsells, in-stay app and above all the fully customisable email/Whatsapp/SMS-flow. Tip: take it one step at a time, because it can be overwhelming initially. However the end-result is that hotels actually reach the guest and that is by far the most important step in achieving full automation.
