What do you like most?
Everything from the initial kickoff to going live was a great experience. Viktor was a huge help during onboarding. The best part is how the algorithm manages our prices completely on autopilot without us having to constantly intervene. We are generating more revenue and the overall interface is just very straightforward and easy to understand.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It always takes a week or two to fully trust an AI to make your pricing decisions, but it earns that trust quickly. A slightly more optimized view for mobile browsers would be handy for checking our rates quickly when away from the desk.
