What do you like most?
The customer service from Happy Hotel is just phenomenal. Fast replies, great energy, and Viktor did an amazing job guiding us through the setup. The software itself is incredibly uncomplicated compared to other tools on the market. Letting the system run on autopilot has freed up so much time for us, and the revenue results speak for themselves.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, everything is working perfectly for us right now. We haven't found anything major that needs to be improved because the software delivers exactly what it promises and runs seamlessly.
