What do you like most?
Smarthost was launched in 2026. Initial experiences have been very positive, both during onboarding and in implementing the first email newsletter marketing campaign. The fast and straightforward support, available by phone and chat, is particularly noteworthy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Individual customization of overheating protection; newsletter analytics as standard; use of videos and reels in all areas; optimization of communication options for MICE clients (conferences) - including pre- and post-emails, tailored to the target group.
