What do you like most?
Straight forward when inputting a new ticket. View on the main screen is clear and simple. First hand ease of use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We can only input a ticket with a value inputted in the in the recovery ticket. Can be suppressed as we input ticket before giving recovery compensation. Used mote short cut from the main screen without overcrowding the screen. Having the possibility to have different view like in Opera cloud.
