What do you like most?
A very good product for small hotels. PMS, booking engine, and channel manager are all included in one system, which is really handy. Also great that you can build a hotel website quickly — you just need a domain.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The available reports are good enough for daily use, but it would be great to have more of them or an option to request a custom report.
