What do you like most?
We have been using MessageBox for 3 years now, and it has become the second most critical application in our daily hotel operations — right after our Property Management System. From day one, it grew into the true backbone of how we run the property, and today it touches almost every department we have. The range of features we actively use is impressive: Guest Requests, Guest Feedback, AI-based Reporting, AI Lost & Found, Checklists, Minibar Consumption tracking, the Housekeeping Module, Digital Menu, Web-Based Guest App, Guest Chat, and Staff Chat — and that list still keeps growing. One feature that truly deserves a special mention is the Meal Marker at our restaurant. What used to require paper-based tracking is now handled seamlessly on a tablet — our staff can instantly check whether a guest has a breakfast entitlement and log the consumption on the spot. It sounds simple, but the impact on speed and accuracy at the breakfast service is remarkable. AI Lost & Found and AI-based Reporting have added a layer of intelligence to our workflows that we didn't know we were missing. The guest-facing tools — the Web App, Digital Menu, and Chat — have noticeably improved how guests interact with us during their stay. For any property looking for a platform that genuinely grows with your operations and integrates deeply into the guest journey, MessageBox is a no-brainer. Three years in, we are more reliant on it than ever — and that is the highest compliment we can give.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is always room to grow — we would love to see even more AI-powered features down the line, such as predictive maintenance alerts or deeper analytics on guest behavior trends. More of the same, essentially.
