What do you like most?
Mews is a very user-friendly and intuitive system, especially compared to many other PMS solutions. Its functionality has improved significantly over the past few years, with continuous enhancements and new features. What I particularly appreciate is Mews’ transparency regarding its product roadmap and its willingness to actively involve hotel partners in the development process by regularly seeking feedback and incorporating suggestions.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The reporting functionality can be more thorough, certain functionalities are missing and require exporting reports. Moreover, the BI function is hard to use and delivers incomplete or incorrect data.
