As we all know, SiteMinder is a straightforward and user-friendly system. It is easy to understand, simple to operate, and reliable.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One challenge we experienced after moving to Opera OHIP is that the Reservation Mappings function is no longer available, and it can be difficult to raise support tickets. However, the support team has always been quick to respond and helpful whenever we need assistance. Thank you!
