What do you like most?
Guestnet has taken our digital guest communication to a new level. We are particularly impressed by its intuitive usability, clear structure, and the ability to display all information centrally and in real time. Our guests can quickly find what they need, and our team can easily update content. The ASA integration is also a major advantage for us, significantly streamlining internal processes and making them noticeably more efficient for both our team and our guests. Working with the Guestnet team is also excellent: fast, solution-oriented, and always friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Guestnet already functions very reliably; however, we would appreciate some additional options for individual design customization to further emphasize the branding. Extended reporting functions would also be helpful for analyzing user behavior in more detail. Furthermore, we would like to see additional regional integrations—such as guest card functions or regional interfaces, currently only available for South Tyrol—offered for other destinations as well. These features would be a great benefit for our guests and our team.
