What do you like most?
Customer support is efficient and know just what I need to know to solve my issues or help me get set up with an OTA. Friendly and professional. Being able to talk to a real person makes so much difference. ThinkReservation overall is very user friendly for my business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I guess if I had to pick something to improve about customer service, I would say being able to make an appointment sooner but honesty I think it was less than 24 hours to get to talk to someone about setting up my property on an OTA which was totally fine. I think if it had been a more immediate need, I would have been able to talk to someone sooner. One improvement in the software might be to have the calendar view for guests show the rate if the room is available.
