Called in and spoke with James I believe. He knew exactly what I needed and immediately drilled into the product and tutored me on doing it myself. It was 10 minutes to end of day but James took his time and didn't disconnect until he verified had answered all my questions.

Our CPA asked for a report of deposits received in our prior year for this year. We pulled the report and it populated with lots of irrevelent records from prior years. The technician at ThinkReservations asked if we had the ability to export the report to Excel to clean it up. I do not have that ability. So he did it for us and had it back...
