This was most helpful to us and streamlined our operation here at our Inn. Recently, as Think Reservations was rolling out a new initiative, the CEO himself made appointments to speak one on one via Zoom with any of Think's clients (called "Thinkers") that had the time for him to discuss new programs. This is unusual in our industry. We were impressed that he took his time to reach out to his consitutents. These days, we have many choices for PMS companies, and have certainly been targeted by many of Think Reservations' competitors.
