The ease of learning, customer support on all matters, the ability to generate reports to be used to pay sales tax and compile information from gross revenues to guest home locations.
It would be helpful to have a flag on new reservations if that particular guest is a repeat guest. Otherwise your software leaves nothing to want. Information can be complied in manner different formats.

Internal alpha sorting on email list, Checkin dates added to task list, confidential black list for undesirable guests. Stronger repeat guest identification.
