No matter what question I have, the person that answers the phone can answer it There's no waiting on the line for a manager.....
I can't think of anything! Honestly! And the requests that I make for the program go into a "pot" that they will look at to maybe implement at some point. Nice!

Really appreciated the quick, calm and sincere customer service with fixing the group reservation & folio's that weren't entered correctly.
Would it be possible to have a dialog box come up not allowing the group reservation process to be created out of sequence?

The team at ThinkReservations is not only quick to assist when issues arise, they also implement features you might recommend. Their Rate Types and Yield Management features have saved me hundreds of hour...
They have implemented everything we've asked for so far so I don't have anything to add that can be improved at this point.

Their yield management program has helped us to realize a 15% increase in RevPAR over 3 years. The report are thorough and easy to understand.
I'd like to see a historical report going back more than 2 years for comparison. A cancellation report for arrival dates. A "parking spot" on the calendar for when you need to move rooms around.
