This was most helpful to us and streamlined our operation here at our Inn. Recently, as Think Reservations was rolling out a new initiative, the CEO himself made appointments to speak one on one via Zoom with any of Think's clients (called "Thinkers") that had the time for him to discuss new programs. This is unusual in our industry. We were impressed that he took his time to reach out to his consitutents. These days, we have many choices for PMS companies, and have certainly been targeted by many of Think Reservations' competitors. We have attended some of their competitors' seminars because any knowledge one can gain from anywhere is valuable. However, we have withstood approaches by other companies wanting our Inn's business because we know that Think Reservations isn't sitting on its laurels, but instead is moving forward, sifting through possible new services to offer and determining the best ones to integrate into their system. While we don't take advantage of all the services that come on line (because they are not congruent with our business plan), we know they may be "just the answer" for other hospitality businesses, and we applaud their constant drive for improvement and aggrandizing not only services offered, but business improvement for their customers. They really seem to "get it" that if we succeed, they do as well, and we feel they really do work hard to help us. We switched over to Think Reservations from another PMS well over a decade ago, and are glad we did. As noted above, we do maintain our knowledge of other services out there, but we always determine that Think Reservations is staying "ahead of the pack," and therefore, we will stay with them.
