What do you like most?
O'Rourke does an excellent job with Tracking, Campaign Management, Reporting, Proactiveness, Budgeting Strategy, Creative Development and ultimately delivering results. More specifically within the AI space, they are becoming an agency that is able to adapt to new products within the ecommerce space.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting dashboards I believe could use some cleaning up. More polished professional view that is a live dashboard of data.
