What do you like most?
Nothing. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone, get a call back or an email back. The digital directory is way too dificult to use and change what you are trying to change.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything. You need to revamp your entire company and the programs. They are not user friendly and your follow up to inquiries is non-existent. I have stopped even trying to get in contact with someone at your office.
