Prologic team has been providing excellent support across FO PMS & Account modules. Their response time is quick and they always ensure issues are resolved efficiently. the team is knowledgeable, cooperative, and supportive whenever operational assistance is required. coordination and follow-up help maintain smooth daily operations without delays.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Future improvement it would be beneficial to have faster coordination during peak operational hours and regarding ongoing tickets or system changes.
