What do you like most?
Compliant Fire rated pin code locks - McGrath Stafford. Fully integrated with Little Hotelier PMS. Great pricing and outstanding implementation and ongoing support. Wieldy are constantly reviewing client feedback and adding functionality. Guest feedback has been positive. Staff now have more time to focus on guest experience and service. Highly recommended if you are looking to implement a self check in solution. Andy - Charlie Hotel, Tufnell Park, Islington, London.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An IOS & Android app could potentially be useful. Would save having to log back in to website from phone or tablet. Not an issue on PC or Mac. A Scroll bar on dashboard to review guest check-in status. Currently only shows approx 10 guest status. View all option requires individual search by lock. An occasional and minor inconvenience.
