What do you like most?
We wanted to work with a Canadian-based company for our business, and a friend who works in IT suggested we try them. The interface is basic but fine.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When it works, it is fine but support is not there when things aren't working. We have a few integrations with other booking systems, and there are often issues with the integrations. For example, we've had double bookings due to integration errors on their side, and very little trouble shooting support. We are always told to contact the other system as our solution - and the majority of time the solution has required WebResPro action. We were also more or less forced into WebResPay in June just as our busiest season started. We are exploring other option due to the poor customer support when issues arise.
