What do you like most?
The customer service agents are very helpful especially Vibha! She was able to help with 2 reservation changes that I could not modify from here and put them on the same case number.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The wait time for an agent could be improved. The reconcile page could definitely be streamlined and more user friendly for sure.
