Customer service is good, but lacks competence. The system with multiple contact persons functions individually, but when problems arise, no one is responsible and can resolve them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Unfortunately, the Smartconnect product doesn't work as promised. The company doesn't offer a cancellation policy for trial periods. So be careful before signing a contract.
