What do you like most?
Agile and easy to use. Over the years of use, I've observed that it's a product that is constantly being maintained and improved. It never crashes; technically excellent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We urgently need to be able to write comments and/or notes on each booking. This is a real problem for us. We've tried to resolve this with technical support but haven't received any assistance. We also need some kind of alert system or calendar to notify us of prepaid bookings that aren't paid on time.
