There are plenty of reports available to help us review our hotel's performance and understand our business better. I also appreciate how the system stores information in one place, making it easier to access guest details, track reservations, and manage check-in and check-out activities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer support could be faster. Sometimes, it takes longer than expected to receive a response, and the answers do not always cover everything we need to know. More complete and timely support would make the overall experience better.
