What do you like most?
I like the system on supporting updating allotment for my OTAs. It helps avoid overbooking case. We can see all reservations in one dashboard. But we don't use it properly. There are many features that we not cover yet.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The support cannot answer all the questions I have, it would be better if the Cloudbeds could provide the direct phone call. I am not familiar with the chat support.
