What do you like most?
We love that we have many ways to update the AI knowledge and it is always improving. The ability to sell upsells is a great addition and the OTA and Whatsapp connections give us more avenues to stay connected with guests. Having reporting to compare our properties and see where we can improve is great and is being well used.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If a ticket or human response required is unanswered after a day, a reminder is sent to the recipient to action.
