What do you like most?
The OTA rate management is very useful for our hotel. We can adjust rates more easily and have better control over different selling channels. I also find the overall interface easy enough for staff who are not very technical.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are some moments that the page loads quite slow, especially when switching to another screen. Usually it is okay after waiting a little. Support is good when we need help, but I would prefer less waiting overall.
