What do you like most?
I like the Yield Rate function for OTAs. It gives us more control to manage room rates and adjust the price depending on the situation. The system is not complicated, so the team can understand it quite quickly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the loading is slow when changing between screens. We have to wait for the page to finish loading before continuing. Support is okay when we have questions, but faster system response would be helpful.
