What do you like most?
I have noticed that Support has really improved in the past year. Response times are quicker & follow up information is 100%.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In Group / Conference bookings, which we use for Wedding Bookings. At time of booking Bridal Couples names would be placed on all rooms to prevent sale over the phone. I would love to see a quick fix to removing their names in one go, when perhaps a year or more later they decide how they would like us to manage the sale of rooms. Currently, there is numerous clicks per room required to action.
